 1. How can I track my order?

 - Once we've given your package to our courier, we will send you an email with your order tracking number and instructions on how to view it.

 

2. How long does shipping take? 

- Upon receipt of payment confirmation, it takes approximately 2-5 business days within Metro Manila, and 5-7 business days for orders outside of Metro Manila.

 

3. Where do you ship to? 

- We only ship to the Philippines. Send us a message if you're in a different country and we might just make an exception ;)

 

4. Can I get my order on the same day the payment is completed? 

- Yes you can! We offer same-day delivery using Grab Express or Lalamove (message us on Instagram about this)

*NOTE: The payment will be shouldered by the buyer (and is not included in the total amount upon checkout).

 

5. How many days do I have to pay for my order? 

- 5 days – failure to pay after 5 days will invalidate your order. Please reply the proof of payment to our confirmation email (this will be sent to you right after you check out)

 

6. What are your payment methods? 

- BDO and BPI (over-the-counter or online bank transfer)

- PayPal (credit card payments)

 

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

- We follow a strict no return, no exchange policy. All items that are already confirmed, paid for, and shipped are considered final.

- Given this, please refer to our size chart to avoid errors in sizing.

 

8. Can I still order an item even if it's SOLD OUT already? 

- You can choose to pre-order ("PRE ORDER" button under the product) to order the item. We will have the piece/s made for you, and ship it out to you as soon as possible. 

*Only pre-ordered items that have been PAID for will be processed.

 

9. How long do pre-orders take? 

- Please give us 7-12 business days in order to process and complete your order. We begin production after payment has been received. We make the product specifically for you, so please give us time :)

11. Where are your products made?

- All of our products locally handcrafted, we value Filipino craftsmanship.

 

12. Do you accept customized orders? (i.e. existing style with an existing pattern or color on a different item)
